We want you to love your Elvari bag. If something is not right, you have 48 hours from delivery to start a return or exchange.
How to start a return or exchange
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the item. We will confirm eligibility and share the return address.

We will reply within one working day. Once eligibility is confirmed, you will package the bag and ship it to us using a courier of your choice.
Return window
- 48 hours from the delivery date. Anything beyond this window cannot be accepted, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- The original packaging — tissue wrapper, sticker seal, shopping bag — must be included.
Eligible for return or exchange
- Bags returned within 48 hours, unused and in original condition with tags and packaging
- Damaged items reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos
- Wrong item received — different bag, colour, or specification than ordered
Not eligible
- Items used, worn, or carried after delivery
- Items returned without tags or original packaging
- Items returned after the 48-hour window
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear
Exchanges
Exchanges depend on stock availability. If your preferred replacement is in stock, we will dispatch it once we receive and inspect the returned bag.
- Same price — direct exchange, no extra charge
- Higher price — pay the difference, which we will confirm before dispatch
- Lower price — the difference is issued as store credit, valid for 6 months
If the replacement is out of stock, you can choose to wait for a restock, switch to another bag, or take a refund.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned bag and confirm condition, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
- Cash on Delivery orders — refunded via bKash or bank transfer, to the account you provide
- Online payments — refunded to the original payment method
- Store credit — issued instantly if you prefer; valid for 6 months across the site
The original delivery fee is non-refundable, except in cases of defect, damage, or wrong item shipped on our side.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will make it right at no cost to you.
- Report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging
- We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer
- We cover return shipping in these cases
Return shipping
For standard returns and exchanges, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. You can use any courier; we recommend a tracked service so the bag is insured in transit.
For damaged items or wrong items shipped on our side, return shipping is fully covered by us.
Inspection
Returned bags are inspected within 1–2 working days of receipt. If a returned item shows signs of use, missing tags, or missing packaging, we will contact you before processing — and may not be able to accept the return.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order any time before it ships. Once dispatched, the order falls under the standard return policy above.
