Orders
How do I place an order?
Add the bag to your cart and check out at elvaribd.com. We will call or message you on WhatsApp to confirm before dispatch.
How do I know my order is confirmed?
Your order is confirmed once we acknowledge it — usually by WhatsApp or phone call during our Cash on Delivery check. You will also receive an order confirmation by email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can cancel any time before the order ships. Once it has been dispatched, the order falls under our standard return policy. To cancel or change details, message us on WhatsApp or email support@elvaribd.com with your order number.
Why was my order declined?
We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the price or product information was listed in error, we are unable to reach you to confirm a Cash on Delivery order, or we suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel a confirmed order on our side, we will refund any amount already paid.
Is there a limit on how many bags I can order?
There is no fixed limit. For larger orders, we may call to confirm address and stock before dispatch.
Shipping and delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship across Bangladesh. We do not currently ship outside the country.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders reach Dhaka within 2 working days. Elsewhere in Bangladesh takes 3 to 5 working days, depending on the courier and your address. We share a tracking link once the order is dispatched.
What is the delivery charge?
Delivery charges depend on your area and are shown at checkout before you confirm the order.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we send a tracking link by WhatsApp or email. You can use that link to see the courier’s latest status.
What if delivery fails?
If the courier cannot reach you or the address is incomplete, the order is returned to us. We may charge a re-dispatch fee or cancel the order. If you anticipate trouble at the address, message us before delivery and we will work it out with the courier.
Returns and exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 48 hours from delivery, for unused items in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Full details are on our Returns & Exchanges page.
Who pays for return shipping?
For standard returns and exchanges, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. You can use any courier — we recommend a tracked service. If the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, we cover return shipping.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive the returned bag and confirm its condition, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bKash or bank transfer; online payments go back to the original method.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Message us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer, and cover the return shipping. We recommend taking a short unboxing video as a habit — it makes these cases simpler to resolve.
Can I exchange for a different colour or model?
Yes, within the 48-hour window and subject to stock. Same-price exchanges are direct. If the replacement costs more, you pay the difference; if it costs less, the difference is issued as store credit valid for 6 months.
Products
Why does my bag look slightly different from the photos?
Some variation is normal. We work to show measurements, materials, and colours as accurately as we can, but screens render colour differently and each bag is handmade — small differences in stitching, grain, and hardware are part of the character of the piece, not defects. Specifications and stock can change over time; we note any meaningful change on the product page. If you want closer detail before ordering, message us and we will share more images.
How do I care for my Elvari bag?
- Store the bag in its dustbag, away from direct sunlight
- Clean with a dry or lightly damp cloth — avoid harsh cleaners
- Avoid overloading, which can distort the shape over time
- Keep away from prolonged contact with water, perfume, and ink
Will sold-out colours or styles be restocked?
Popular pieces are restocked when stock allows. Follow @elvaribd on Instagram for restock notes and new releases.
Payment
How do I pay?
Cash on Delivery is our default payment method — pay the courier in cash when the order is delivered. Where digital payment is offered, the transaction runs through a payment provider that handles its own card and account data.
Is online payment safe?
The site uses HTTPS, and any digital payment is processed by a payment provider on their own secure systems. We do not store card information on our servers.
Do you offer EMI or partial payment?
Not at this time. Cash on Delivery and standard digital payment, where offered, are the only options.

Do I need an account to order?
You can check out as a guest. Creating an account gives you order history and faster checkout next time. Registration is free and takes less than a minute.
How do I reset my password?
Click “Lost your password?” on the login page and enter your registered email. You will receive a reset link by email. If you do not see it, check your spam folder.
