Who we are
Elvari is a women’s handbag brand based in Bangladesh, operating at elvaribd.com and on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok as @elvaribd. When this policy says “we”, “us”, or “Elvari”, it means the team operating these channels.
What we collect
When you place an order
- Your name
- Delivery address
- Phone number — used for COD coordination and courier handover
- Email address
- Order details: items, sizes, colours, quantity, total
When you contact us or sign up for the newsletter
- Your name and email address
- WhatsApp number, if you message our WhatsApp Business line
- Anything you choose to write to us
Automatically, when you browse the site
- Your IP address and approximate location
- Device, browser, and operating system
- Pages you visit and the time you spend on them
- Referring site or ad, if any
We do not collect payment card details on our servers. Cash on Delivery is our default method, and any digital payment runs through a payment provider that handles its own card data.

- To confirm your order by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch

- To send you product updates and stories — only if you have subscribed
- To improve the site, our products, and our service

Who we share it with
We share only what is needed to run the business:
- Couriers — your name, address, and phone number, so your order can be delivered
- Email and messaging providers — to send order confirmations, delivery updates, and newsletters you have opted into

WhatsApp and direct messages
We use WhatsApp Business and direct messages on Instagram and Facebook for customer service and Cash on Delivery confirmations. Conversations are stored on the relevant platform and are also subject to that platform’s privacy policy. We use these messages only to serve your order and answer your questions.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses essential cookies to keep your shopping cart working and to remember your preferences. We may add basic analytics over time to understand which pages and products are useful — when we do, we will update this page and, where required, ask for your consent.

Marketing

Children
Elvari is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please write to us and we will delete it.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including secure hosting, restricted internal access, and encrypted connections (HTTPS) on the site. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we treat your information with care.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed. If a change is material, we will note it on the site or email subscribers.
