Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of elvaribd.com and any order you place with us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. If anything is unclear, write to us at support@elvaribd.com before you order.

Who we are

Elvari is a women’s handbag brand based in Bangladesh, operating at elvaribd.com and on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok as @elvaribd. When these terms say “we”, “us”, or “Elvari”, it means the team operating these channels.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to place an order, or have a parent or guardian agree to these terms and place the order on your behalf. By ordering, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are able to receive delivery at the address you provide.

Orders

Placing an order on elvaribd.com is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed only when we acknowledge it — usually by WhatsApp or phone call during our Cash on Delivery check.

We may decline or cancel an order if:

  • The item is out of stock
  • The price or product information was listed in error
  • We are unable to reach you to confirm a Cash on Delivery order
  • We suspect fraud or misuse

If we cancel a confirmed order on our side, we will let you know and refund any amount already paid.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) and include applicable taxes unless noted. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you confirm the order.

Cash on Delivery is our default payment method. Pay the courier in cash when the order is delivered. Where digital payment is offered, the transaction runs through a payment provider that handles its own card and account data.

We may change prices at any time. The price you pay is the one shown when we confirm your order.

Shipping and delivery

We ship across Bangladesh. Delivery timing depends on the courier and your address — most orders reach Dhaka within 2 working days and elsewhere within 3 to 5 working days. We share a tracking link once the order is dispatched.

If a delivery attempt fails because we cannot reach you or the address is incomplete, the courier will return the order to us. We may charge a re-dispatch fee or cancel the order.

Returns and exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 48 hours from delivery, subject to the conditions on our Returns & Exchanges page. Please read it before placing your order.

Product information

We work to show our bags as accurately as we can — measurements, materials, and colours. Some variation is normal:

  • Screens render colour differently; the bag in your hand may look slightly different from the photo on screen
  • Each piece is handmade, so small differences in stitching, grain, and hardware are part of the character of the bag — not defects
  • Specifications and stock can change; we will note any meaningful change on the product page

Intellectual property

All content on elvaribd.com — the Elvari name, logos, product designs, photography, illustrations, written copy, and the overall look and feel of the site — belongs to Elvari or our partners. You may not copy, reproduce, repost, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

You may share our product photos and pages on personal social media to recommend or review the brand, as long as you credit @elvaribd and do not edit or alter the logo.

Your content

If you send us photos, reviews, or messages — including tagging us on social media — you give us permission to repost or share that content on our channels with credit to you. We will only repost content that follows our community guidelines, and we crop or edit reposts to fit our brand presentation. You can ask us to take down a repost at any time by writing to support@elvaribd.com.

You are responsible for anything you submit, and you confirm that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

Acceptable use

When using elvaribd.com, please do not:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose
  • Try to break, overload, or interfere with the site or its security
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to collect data from the site
  • Place orders fraudulently or on someone else’s behalf without their consent

We may suspend or refuse service to anyone we believe is misusing the site.

Liability

We do our best to keep the site working, the product information accurate, and your order delivered on time — but we cannot promise the site will be free of bugs or that delivery will always be on schedule.

To the extent allowed by law, Elvari is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or a product. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Bangladeshi consumer law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last changed. If a change is material, we will note it on the site or email subscribers. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
