The Design

Maille

Woven, not smooth

The body is hand-woven vegan leather — an intrecciato-style basket weave. The texture is the whole point. Light catches it differently as you move. Framed in smooth tan leather: the flap, the twin handles, the base. The contrast makes the weave stand out. A printed silk-feel scarf comes with every bag, pre-tied to the handle. Wear it on the bag, around your wrist, or set it aside. Maille is French for weave.
